There is also a financial penalty for Provincial teams who do not have their pictures in well before the tournament.   If you have noticed errors in previous programs, contact one of the tournament chairs by the end of January.   It would be huge advantage to our program committee if you would e-mail your roster and team picture to lloyd@menziesprinters.com and to jbuckham@mail.ocis.net at the same time you submit it to your commissioner.
